This role involves inspecting installed work, reviewing construction documents, plans, specifications, and shop drawings, identifying and documenting non-compliance and quality issues, verifying corrective actions, and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, City/AHJ inspectors, project stakeholders, and other responsible parties to support compliance with approved design documents, applicable codes, specifications, and project quality requirements. Support the overall QA/QC program and, when directed by the QA/QC Manager or company leadership, assist with inspections, documentation reviews, testing oversight, turnover activities, commissioning support, field audits, quality reporting, and other quality-related duties necessary to support project objectives and business operations.
