Own equity event processing from preparation through completion, including annual and off-cycle long-term incentive grants, new award processing, restricted stock vestings and releases, performance award activity and releases, stock option or stock appreciation right exercises, cancellations, forfeitures, terminations, ESPP purchases and other equity transactions. The Senior Analyst supports the end-to-end administration of UL Solutions equity compensation programs, including long-term incentive awards, restricted stock releases, performance-based awards, employee stock purchase plan activities, controls, reconciliations, reporting, communications and ad hoc executive compensation initiatives.
