Performs appropriate physical examination based on patient history and chief complaint, including palpation of the affected area and unaffected area, range of motion testing, strength testing, manual muscle testing, dynamic muscle testing, myotome testing, dermatome testing, ligamentous stress testing and functional testing. Essential Functions: Performs appropriate patient intake for medical and musculoskeletal conditions, including thorough history of condition or injury, chief complaint, pain level assessment, completion and review of past medical history, family history, social history and medication reconciliation.
