This individual will be expected to drive alignment across software, firmware, systems, integration, IT administration, and cybersecurity stakeholders; establish scalable and disciplined development workflows; and lead continuous improvement efforts that increase engineering velocity, quality, security, and traceability. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in software build systems, automation, C++ development workflows, and modern DevSecOps practices, along with the leadership presence to influence technical direction, lead through execution, and establish trusted partnerships across the organization.
