Key Role: Provide support to install and maintain systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.) for buildings and components within the assigned area, reading blueprints and diagrams as neededUse basic hand tools, power tools, and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for basic repair and maintenance of systems as well as groundskeepingProvide support for equipment installation, maintenance, and repairOperate a forklift (training provided as needed) to complete tasksWork in a team environment: receive instructions from a more senior technician, clarify priorities as needed, and complete work independently and as part of a teamProvide timely updates on tasks; complete work according to schedule and quickly communicate any deviations from the scheduleProvide prompt and professional customer service, communicating task status, challenges, and successes.
