Less than two (2) years of relevant experience with acoustic device fabrication, test, and troubleshooting; such as lithography, dry etch, metal evaporation, bonding, laser trim, and dicing for device fabrication and functional testing, small signal measurements, temperature testing, and phase noise analysis for device test. The RF Microelectronics, Module Design, and Foundry Services Department (RFMicro) develops, designs, and manufactures acoustic and compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.
