Proficiency in use of basic business software (word processing, spreadsheets, email, presentations), software adopted by the City for daily functions (e.g., Paycom, MinuteTraq, and SmartGov), AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and ArcGIS software, as well as basic knowledge of office equipment and machines. Oversee all traffic operations studies performed internally, including stop sign warrant analyses, speed studies, traffic impact studies, and traffic signal coordination timing analyses.
