The Engineer Technician serves as a key technical resource, bridging manufacturing, service, and engineering through hands-on diagnostics, root cause analysis, technical support, testing, and field feedback to enhance product quality, reliability, and the customer ownership experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supports the implementation and serviceability of electrical and digital systems (e.g., CAN-based networks, helm electronics, power distribution, lighting systems, control modules, and related marine technologies) on new and existing boat platforms.
