The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans for residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or chronic conditions. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, social workers, and dietitians.
