50 Collaboration, Consultation, Advisement Provides oversight and advisement proctoring coordination for thousands of accommodated exams each semester by confirming accessibility and implementation of accommodations of all exams, ensuring faculty provide exams in a timely manner and trouble-shoot exam software issues, space and scheduling concerns, and meeting the needs of students within a high volume and paced environment. General knowledge of the policies, practices, and activities of Student Services programs outside the program to which immediately assigned; general knowledge of the principles, problems, and methods of public administration, including organizational, personnel and fiscal management; general knowledge of advanced statistical and research methods.
