Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automated Production Engineering, or an equivalent recognized engineering discipline; Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, automation, industrial controls, industrial projects, maintenance, or reliability; Experience supporting capital project development and execution, preferably within FEL processes, engineering deliverables, and multidisciplinary project environments; Strong understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, automation technologies, and industrial control architectures; Ability to review, interpret, and validate technical drawings, specifications, engineering documentation, and system designs while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders; Experience with machine safety and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining safe, reliable, and compliant work practices; Functional bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is required due to the nature of the position and interactions with English/French-speaking partners, clients, or colleagues. PMs - Regional and site Project Managers; CPMs - Site Capital Project Managers (6); Internal project stakeholders: Reliability, Electrical Maintenance, Automation, Instrumentation, Operations, SMEs, Health & Safety (H&S), and Environmental teams; Combustion, control systems, and functional safety specialists, as required by project needs; Engineering firms (primary contacts and Project Managers) and system integrators.
