Constantly operates equipment or machinery such as blowers, pressure washers, backpack blowers, backhoe, track hoe, small dump truck, asphalt roller, rubber tire frontend loader, tractor mower, bush hog, bobcat, chipper, jackhammer, tapping machine and underground piercing tools. Performs, under the direct supervision of Senior Operators or Superintendent, basic maintenance of equipment to include cleaning process equipment, measuring sludge blankets, compliance process samples, and perform shutdown and start-up of plant equipment as required.
