Ensure asset condition data (e.g., facility condition data, pavement condition data, RPIE condition data) is collected in an authorized IT system (e.g., IWIMS, ACERP, ACESPM, BUILDER, NexGen) or other approved tool (e.g., S-File, A-File, I-File) and visible for activity assets.
