Lead or support: proposal development, scope definition, fee and cost estimates, facilitate design workshops and coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders, plan and manage staffing and workload across the project lifecycle, track and manage project financials, adjusting resources to meet budget and schedule targets, partner with accounting, operations, and business leadership on project performance reviews, ensure adherence to and implementation of QA/QC procedures . Perform and oversee analysis and design for: coastal restoration projects, beach nourishment projects, shoreline protection systems (revetments, living shorelines), sea level rise and resilience assessments, navigation and dredging projects (marinas, harbors, channels) .
