Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams of engineers to execute project work on mid-level and/or multiple concurrent projects, including budgets, tracking hours and expenses, task completion, cost labor, technical calculations, permit applications, schematics, construction, compliance documentation, and regulatory and technical analysis memos. Provides high level technical assistance and guidance in mechanical engineering for due diligence, investigation, remediation, impact assessment, permitting, improvement, design, development, and construction of healthcare, higher education, science and technology, and commercial scale projects in the public and private sector.
