Once a project is awarded, the Estimator/Project Manager will coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and field personnel; manage submittals, RFIs, material procurement, scheduling, change orders, budgets, and project closeout. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, performing labor and material takeoffs, obtaining vendor and subcontractor pricing, preparing proposals, and identifying scope gaps or project risks.
