Manages the planning, estimating, permitting, schedule, budget, risk analysis, material procurement, agreements related to the project, prepares projects for bid process and assists with contractor selection, monitors field construction, and in-service facilitation and project close-out. Monitors and communicates progress of projects related to baselined schedule/milestones, forecasted/approved spends, project status updates, material management, and land services requirements.
