8+years of engineering or technical project management, or operational leadership experience preferred· Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred· Experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams and complex technical projects· Experience implementing process improvements and operational workflows preferredPreferred Skills:· Project Management Professional (PMP)· Strong project management and organizational skills· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities· Experience with engineering workflows, handoff processes, and scheduling coordination· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesEducation: · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, or related technical discipline preferredWORK ENVIRONMENT:While performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, and heights. The Engineering Project Manager partners closely with the Design, Manufacturing, and Applications engineering teams, as well as Operations, to improve engineering workflows, establish scalable processes, and provide visibility into engineering project performance.
