You will be responsible for driving the development of next-generation marine technologies based on the software and electrical technology domain, leading a global engineering organization, and ensuring the successful execution of product development initiatives across multiple disciplines including electrical/electronic systems, software, digital user-interface, connected technologies, autonomous systems, and user experience. The Division Manager will lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions, manage engineering resources and budgets, establish technology roadmaps, and collaborate closely with business, product planning, manufacturing, and executive leadership to deliver innovative marine products that support Yamaha's long-term growth objectives.
