Location Description:
The Fitzgerald, Georgia plant is a significant contributor to the U.S. peanut supply, producing approximately 50% of the nation’s peanuts and 108 million pounds of peanut butter annually. The site employs approximately 250 employees and plays an important role in both the local economy and the broader food supply chain. Located in the heart of Fitzgerald, the community is known for its welcoming small‑town feel and unique local character. The city is famously home to wild chickens that freely roam the downtown area- so much so that the town hosts an annual Wild Chicken Festival in their honor. Responsibilities:
<div>About the Role </div><div>As an Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead both the maintenance and electrical functions at one of our manufacturing facilities—playing a critical role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. What We Offer:
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $98,000 - $129,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
