Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or a field with directly relevant coursework; and 1-2 years of experience in project management, engineering project delivery, data analysis, or another field with demonstrated relevance. Working closely with engineers, project teams, and City leadership, the Engineering Resource Analyst & Scheduler develops systems that improve project planning, monitors progress across capital projects, and translates complex project data into clear reports and dashboards that support informed decision-making.
