External: Resort guest/visitors, resident guest/visitor, equipment/supply vendors, city inspectors, local fire department, building trade contractors, service contractors, the Owners, and other resort Chief Engineers. Responsible for all aspects of the Engineering department to include the proper operation, maintenance and repair of all HVAC, refrigeration, pools/water features, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, life safety, electrical and mechanical equipment/systems.
