At TPP, you'll be instrumental in simplifying software by driving Ford's minimum complexity vision, boosting quality and speed by enabling faster, higher-quality software delivery, optimizing programs to make vehicle execution significantly more efficient, and scaling solutions by leading cross-functional strategies for broad impact across our vehicle lineup. You'll work cross-functionally with product, design, systems engineering, software, hardware, validation, release, safety, regulatory, quality, and platform teams to turn feature intent into executable plans, track delivery readiness, manage dependencies, and escalate risks.
