Direct and manage large, complex environmental engineering projects, including performing senior-level technical analysis and review; Develop environmental permitting and regulatory strategy for a variety of industrial and construction projects; Manage the preparation and submission of permits and compliance programs for multiple environmental media, including air, wastewater, stormwater, waste, spill prevention and storage tanks, EPCRA (Tier II, TRI); Prepare and submit responses to Notice of Violations and negotiate permit requirements with regulatory agencies on behalf of clients; Conduct multi-media environmental compliance audits, gap assessments, inspections, and program reviews; Lead and develop a team of environmental compliance staff, including hiring, coaching, training, and motivating team members. Manage change orders, prepare draft invoices, support project billings, and assist in payment collections; Identify and pursue new client opportunities, expand work within existing projects, and attend develop additional work within an existing projects, and attend business development meetings and events; Maintain membership and leadership roles in relevant industry organizations; Coordinate other work groups across different office locations and different disciplines as needed; Interface professionally with clients, contractors, subcontractors, staff, project personnel, and supervisors; and, Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team to support projects across US.
