In this role, you will guide your team through power system studies from early architecture tradeoffs through detailed modeling, testing, and system validation, while also driving the development of in-house power electronics, including converters, inverters, and generator controls, needed to support both terrestrial and space-based reactor platforms. You will manage a team of power systems and power electronics engineers, set technical direction and priorities, and ensure the team delivers safe, stable, and reliable power across grid-connected, islanded, rapidly deployable, and space-based environments.
