The Corporate Director of Engineering will establish the portfolio-wide engineering framework for operating hotels while partnering closely with property General Managers, Directors of Engineering, ownership groups, Finance, Operations, Design & Construction, Sustainability, IT, Security, and other corporate functions. This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of asset stewardship, hotel operations, capital investment, building systems, sustainability, and guest experience - responsible for ensuring that each property is safe, resilient, efficient, well maintained, and positioned to protect long-term asset value.
