You will build and guide a high-performing engineering team responsible for building, testing, verifying and releasing core software that help NVIDIA employees deliver the core CUDA driver, runtime, and related language specific libraries in C++, Python and Rust such as CCCL (Thrust, CUB, libcudacxx), cuda-python, numba-cuda, and cuda-rust. 12+ overall years of software engineering experience, including 6+ years leading and managing high-performing engineering teams, with a proven record of hiring, retaining, mentoring, and growing engineers, including senior and principal-level technical leaders.
