Manager partners with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to assess evolving workplace needs, develop scalable solutions, and execute complex, high-impact initiatives that enhance the team member experience while delivering cost-effective, compliant, and high-quality workplace operations. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in facilities management, workplace services, corporate real estate, workplace experience, project management, or related operations, including experience supporting complex workplace initiatives, capital projects, vendor relationships, and budget planning.
