What You'll Need: 5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or advanced degree in related field (General Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering); Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with statistical modeling; Proven experience and understanding of purchasing, forecasting, and inventory management; Solid Analytical tool kit including advanced proficiency with Excel and SQL; Track record of taking ownership and delivering results in data-driven environment; Bonus: Ecommerce experience; Tableau, R, Python, or KNIME experience; Experience with traditional Project Management; Lean/Six Sigma experience; The base salary range for this role is $129,500 - $207,000.00. A successful leader would be highlyanalytical, have a deep understanding of supply chain principals, be able to solve complex supply chain problems, and a keen learner who continues to innovate.
