Lead technical guidance and lead development/support as company Subject Matter Expert (SME) in areas of Mechanical Integrity (MI) and related engineering, including Recommended and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP), such as ASME, API, ANSI, AWS, and AMPP to better ensure overall facility safety, compliance, and equipment reliability. Manage assigned team including staffing, planning, timecard approvals, PTO/coverage scheduling and approval, budgeting/expenses, goal setting/monitoring, employee hiring and retention, performance reviews, coaching and development, counseling, and corrective action plans.
