Equipment (Machines, devices, tools, etc., used in job performance): Floor buffers, vacuums of all types, wet/vacuums, automatic walk-behind and riding floor scrubbers, pressure washers, 44 gallon trash containers, snow shovels, ice chippers, brooms, mops, pails with ringers, chemicals including but not limited to: ammonia, bleach, germicide/disinfectant, floor stripper, wax, ice melt, and metal polish. The pay offered to a selected candidate during hiring will be based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience and education/training, internal peer equity, and applicable legal requirements.
