The Senior Electrical Engineer will investigate product, manufacturing, and field issues; lead root-cause and corrective-action activities; implement electrical design improvements; address component obsolescence and supply-chain challenges; and ensure the continued quality, reliability, safety, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance of LightWELD products. The ideal candidate combines deep electrical engineering expertise with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and the ability to lead cross-functional technical efforts involving engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, supply chain, suppliers, and product management.
