Education: (Minimum/Required) A Masters degree in English, creative writing, professional/tech writing, or composition/rhetoric; OR masters degree in a related field, like literature, comparative literature, journalism, humanities, women's studies, African-American studies, Latinx studies, Spanish, gender studies, linguistics, TESL, or education with a specialization in reading/writing, WITH eighteen graduate credits in English and/or Literature. Service to the College and to the Community In addition to teaching, faculty in this position will work cooperatively with other faculty to engage in other departmental, pathway, and college initiatives and responsibilities, including curriculum development, textbook selection, assessment of student learning, professional development of adjunct instructors, and collaborating with other departments.
