p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution with twenty-seven (27) semester hours in English or education • Minimum of one (1) year of full-time teaching experience in developmental and/or college level English • Ability to handle multiple tasks • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, other employees, and the public • Ability to project a professional and congenial demeanor • Ability to work independently • Ability to use basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Banner, CANVAS, etc.) • Experience in tutoring or other learning assistance services.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of a Master's degree with (18) graduate semester hours in the teaching field from a regionally accredited institution • Graduate work in developmental studies or adult education • Excellent oral, auditory, and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Working knowledge of outcome-based programs and student learning methodologies • Documented successful experience teaching and developing web-based courses.
