The qualifications for this job description are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required Education / Certificate The teacher must have a valid Arizona teaching certificate for the position to which the individual is assigned The teacher must be able to obtain either a Provisional SEI endorsement, a full ESL endorsement, or a full Bilingual endorsement The teacher must be able to become highly qualified in the core content for the position to which the individual is assigned Current and valid IVP Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Communication Skills 1.Strong writing, literacy, and communication skills; uses effective communication strategies to interact with a variety of audiences 2.
