Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, including but not limited to faculty meetings and IEC Annual Retreat, by providing feedback on curriculum, assessment, placement, progress, and promotion, or other program-related matters. Provide guidance and resources that help IEC students navigate daily life in the community, including orientation to local services, transportation, and safety, while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
