Guide multiple projects per day to ensure scientific excellence and execution for antibody projects involving binding affinity determination (SPR, BLI) and developability assays (i.e. aSEC, CIC, HIC, BVP-ELISA, AC-SINS, plate-based off-target assays, DLS, and nanoDSF) for a variety of antibody and biologics formats (IgG, VHH, Minibinders, etc.). This role will work closely with our Antibody Characterization and Protein Analytics team at our Quincy, MA location and is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and troubleshooting a range of workflows, including SPR and BLI affinity analysis, developability assays, flow cytometry, functional assays, and target binding characterization.
