The Senior Finance Analyst – Programs is responsible for financial analysis and reporting at the program level, partnering closely with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Product Management to ensure accurate program cost and revenue visibility, contract financial health, and data-driven decision-making across a portfolio of customer programs in a complex manufacturing environment. Own the financial forecast for assigned customer programs, partnering with program managers and engineering leads to ensure forecasts reflect current schedules, scope, and risk, including labor, headcount allocation, capital expenditures, and development spend.
