Members that cannot attend meetings and events must clear it with the President, Vice President, or the Advisor within 48 hours of said meeting or event with the exception of emergency situations. Shall work with the Chief Marketing Officer to help advertise assigned events, including, but not limited to, getting PR Requests to the official MSJ Marketing office in a timely manner.
