Responsibilities:
Where You'll Make an Impact:<ul><li>Provide entertainment by greeting and interacting with guests.</li><li>Model for photos with guests or other photo shoots to be used in print and promotional advertising.</li><li>Regular marketing Live! Casino & Hotel through social media according to brand standards.</li><li>Responsible and accountable for all aspects of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages sales.</li><li>Ensure consistent quality of products.</li><li>Prepares beverages with a sense of quality and flare to enhance the experience of the guest.</li><li>Responsible for setting up bars.</li><li>Responsible for handling all cash transactions.</li><li>Responsible for all opening and closing inventories of all stock.</li><li>Responsible to take orders from guest and return these orders accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.</li><li>Responsible to have knowledge of guest’s limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.</li><li>Ensure guests receive a favorable dining experience.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Skills You'll Need to Succeed<ul><li>Ability to communicate in English and fluently in either Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese or other Asian language.</li><li>Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, liquors, wines, beers and ales; portray an “ask me” image with knowledge.</li><li>Ability to “upsell” and recommend products to guests.</li><li>Ability to speak, read, write and understand basic instructions in English.</li><li>Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.</li><li>Ability to make change from sales.</li><li>Ability to reconcile and balance sales at the conclusion of the shift.</li><li>Eye-hand coordination.</li><li>Manual dexterity.</li><li>Demonstrable ability to entertain bar guests within socially-appropriate standards.</li><li>Knowledge of all bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws and regulations and gaming laws.</li><li>Able to effectively handle situations that may arise due to intoxication.</li><li>Ability to communicate with all departments and other team members.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol.</li><li>Ability to perform assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.</li><li>Knowledge of bar operations.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
A Few Must Haves<ul><li>A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.</li><li>Completion of professional bartending training desired.  Mixology training a plus.</li><li>Six (6) months to one (1)-year experience as a bartender in a high volume operation.</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Beverage Control card.</li><li>Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Standing and walking for duration of shift.</li><li>Ability to handle multi-tasking heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.</li><li>Ability to climb, bend, stoop, squat, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. </li></ul>
