Candidates who meet most but not all senior-level qualifications are still encouraged to apply.What You’ll DoAs our Cost Accountant, you will:Drive Cost & Inventory Insights<ul><li>Perform detailed inventory reconciliations, including slow-moving inventory, in-transit stock, and returns</li><li>Analyze production costs, cost variances, and margin trends to support pricing and product strategies</li><li>Evaluate and refine inventory valuation methodologies across entities and operational teams</li><li>Support pricing initiatives through detailed cost modeling and contribution margin analysis</li></ul>Strengthen Financial Processes & Controls<ul><li>Manage cost implications of chargebacks and distributor agreement income recognition</li><li>Review transactional details and prepare or approve adjusting entries as needed</li><li>Lead and monitor 340B inventory process compliance and reporting</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and recommend improvements</li></ul>Partner Across the Organization<ul><li>Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams during budget planning, monthly reporting, and variance analysis</li><li>Recommend cost control and efficiency improvements through financial and operational data analysis</li><li>Support ERP system enhancements related to costing and inventory management</li><li>Develop ad hoc dashboards and reports that support executive decision-making</li><li>Provide guidance to staff and serve as a cross-functional liaison</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>3–5 years of accounting experience with a focus in cost accounting, inventory, or operational finance</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory systems, standard costing, and production/manufacturing accounting principles</li><li>Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (Power BI or other reporting tools are a plus)</li><li>Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls related to inventory and costing</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication skills and comfort translating financial data for non-financial partners</li><li>A proactive, improvement-focused mindset</li></ul>Why Join UsWe are committed to building a workplace where employees can grow, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact.
