2+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to full-cycle AP, AR, and payroll; Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required; Strong working knowledge of general ledger accounting and GAAP principles; Experience reviewing and overseeing third-party or outsourced accounting work preferred; Advanced Excel skills (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, data reconciliation); Familiarity with payroll tax filings (940s, 941s) and multi-entity or large-employer reporting a plus; Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements a plus; Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines; Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment; Strong interpersonal and communication skills - this role involves regular interaction with vendors, customers, and internal teams; Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain a Missouri Agent ID prior to start date; Physical Demands & Work Environment. Invoice wholesale customers throughout Missouri, including interfacing transactions from supporting customer ordering systems; Track and post bank payments from customers to the Accounts Receivable system; Review and monitor customer accounts for accuracy and follow up on outstanding balances; Prepare aging reports and past-due account analyses for management review; Accounts Payable.
