Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor with customers and peers Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems Must be at least 18 years of age Background check required (subject to applicable law) Ability to meet the physical demands for this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
