Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in environmental science, biology, engineering or another program-related field, as defined by the department head at the time of recruitment AND four years of professional level experience in coordinating, monitoring, administering or managing program or specialized work unit activities. Duties include supervising technical staff, managing program budgets and resources, coordinating with regulatory agencies and community stakeholders, conducting technical assessments, and developing initiatives that support effective air quality management and environmental stewardship.
