Guided by our core values of integrity, commitment, innovation, and excellence, we're here to help you build a career you'll love.About the Position: We're looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician with a passion to learn and grow in an environment where attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to getting things done right are key.Job Duties Include:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Performing hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties including appliance repair, apartment turns, and other work order requests.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally</li><li style="line-height:normal">Working closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly</li><li style="line-height:normal">After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal</li></ul>Job Requirements for all levels:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">A valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation</li><li style="line-height:normal">Ability to perform physical/hands-on tasks in various weather conditions</li><li style="line-height:normal">Must be a self-starter and flexible team player with strong problem-solving instincts</li><li style="line-height:normal">Eager to grow and learn, including expanding skills in the effective use of tools and equipment</li></ul>Experienced Techs will also need: <ul><li>2+ years of property maintenance experience including appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC</li><li>Ability to independently troubleshoot repairs with strong attention to detail</li><li>Willingness to mentor entry-level team members on tool use and safety practices</li><li>EPA Certification (or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days!
