Demonstrated experience developing practical supply chain readiness tools, such as relief item and kit specifications, costing matrices, vendor databases, prequalification files, open contracts (indefinite quantity/framework), procurement plan and tracker, pipeline and distribution plans, warehouse or inventory tools, manuals and procedures, and readiness checklists. Map, assess, conduct due diligence on, and support prequalification of suppliers, transporters, warehouse providers, packaging providers, and other service providers, including backup suppliers and alternative sourcing options for key items.
