Responsibilities may include Investigation of how biological rhythms regulate cellular maturation using stem cell–derived islets, circadian feeding–fasting models, organoid engineering, and single-cell multi-omics analyses; leading independent, translational research projects from design to publication while mentoring trainees and collaborating across disciplines. Expertise is required in the specific area of Stem cell biology, circadian biology, protein biochemistry, cell culture techniques, molecular biology, CRISPR genome editing, single-cell transcriptomics/epigenomics/proteomics, metabolism, and organoid/animal models of disease.
