Conduct weekly meetings with the Warehouse Manager to review the following; prior week's load performance, Reverse logistics process, go-again issues, upcoming scheduling challenges, same day requests, on-boarding notification of new employees and or personnel issues, etc. The Transportation Manager works closely with warehouse leadership, branch management, and external partners to support productivity, safety initiatives, accurate payroll, and overall branch goals.
