The BSA/AML Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising, training, and developing a team of BSA/AML Investigation Specialist I employees responsible for the review, analysis, and disposition of alerts and activities associated with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), exemption monitoring, and related regulatory requirements. This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree in a business-related field and 5+ years of experience in BSA/AML compliance, OFAC compliance, financial crimes operations, suspicious activity monitoring, or related financial services experience; or 10+ years of equivalent directly related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
