A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution and a nationally recognized certification, or statewide/professional certification in a related field with four (4) years of progressive experience in complex project management, planning, design or construction of commercial projects, or other large public transit or transportation planning infrastructure projects. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution with five (5) years of progressive experience in complex project management, planning, design or construction of commercial projects, or other large public transit or transportation planning infrastructure projects.
